These bucket seats were manufactured by Recaro for use in Porsche 996 models and are upholstered in black leather over color-coordinated fiberglass shells. Debossed Porsche crests are present on the headrests, and each seat features silver-finished harness pass-throughs, base mounting brackets, and manual sliders. The seats are said to have been removed from a 996 GT2 before being acquired by the seller in 2018 and installed in a 2004 GT3. These fixed-back Porsche seats are now offered at no reserve in Lake Forest, California.

Available as optional equipment for European-market 996 GT3 models, the seats feature Porsche crests embossed on each headrest. Wear is visible on the driver’s seat bolster.

Recaro script is debossed on the back of each seat. Silver-finished pass-throughs allow for the use of racing harnesses. Scratches on the black fiberglass shells are shown in the gallery.

Mounting brackets with manual sliders are attached to each seat base, and sub-mount bars designed to be used with racing harnesses are installed on the seats.

Part-number stickers on the seats indicate production in March 2004.
