This 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 was delivered new to HBL Porsche in Vienna, Virginia, and it was specified in Arctic Silver Metallic over black full leather. It was optioned with air conditioning, xenon headlights, metal sill plates, aluminum-look instrument dials, and leather-covered sun visors, and it has been modified with Euro-style Recaro sport seats and RUF pedals. It is powered by a 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and additional equipment includes staggered-width 18″ GT3 wheels, a Porsche Traffic Pro stereo, central locking, power windows, and automatic climate control. The current owner acquired the car in July 2016, and work performed in 2023 included changing the oil and brake fluid, performing an alignment, and replacing the tires, cabin air filter, and hood struts. This 996.2 GT3 has 15k miles and is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve in Texas with a copy of the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, a window sticker, the owner’s manual, service records, accessories, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic (L92U) and features a fixed rear wing and revised aerodynamic lower bodywork in comparison to standard Carrera models. Additional exterior features include xenon headlights, power-adjustable mirrors, and dual exhaust outlets.
Staggered-width 18″ GT3 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is from Porsche-branded calipers over ventilated rotors at each corner. The GT3 features a lower sport-tuned suspension compared to the standard Carrera model. The tires were replaced, the brake fluid was changed, and an alignment was performed in preparation for the sale.
The Euro-style Recaro sport seats are trimmed in black leather, and matching leather extends to the dashboard, door panels, and sun visors. The center console is finished in silver, the sills have metal GT3-script covers, and a metal RUF pedal set has been added. Amenities include a Porsche Traffic Pro stereo, central locking, power windows, and automatic climate control. The cabin air filter was replaced in April 2023.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames aluminum-look instrumentation with silver rings including a central tachometer with an 8,200-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and gauges for voltage, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 15k miles.
The 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six is equipped with a two-stage resonance intake system, dry-sump lubrication, VarioCam variable valve timing, and titanium connecting rods. Factory-rated output was 375 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque. The hood struts were replaced and an oil change was performed in April 2023.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. Additional photographs of the underside are shown in the gallery below.
The window sticker shows initial delivery to HBL, Inc. in Vienna, Virginia, as well as factory colors, equipment, and a total price of $108,755.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Virginia, Ohio, Montana, and Florida.
