This 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS has 47k miles and is powered by a naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six that drives all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in silver over black leather and has been modified with GT3 front and rear bumper covers, a GT3 center radiator conversion, an Akrapovic center-exit muffler, Motion Control adjustable coilovers, and a KW nose-lift setup in addition to a COBB Tuning Accessport, red seat belts, and a Pioneer touchscreen stereo connected to a rearview camera. Factory equipment includes 19” RS Spyder center-lock wheels, bi-xenon headlights with PDLS, a power sunroof, heated and ventilated front seats, a Bose surround-sound system, and automatic climate control. The car spent time in several states before it was listed on BaT in September 2020 and subsequently acquired by the seller. This 997.2 GTS is now offered with service records, a DME report, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Michigan title in the seller’s name.
The 997.2 GTS was available for the 2011 and 2012 model years, and this example is finished in silver with black Porsche side graphics and a GTS-specific reflective strip between the taillights. The car is fitted with GT3 front and rear bumper covers as well as mesh grilles, revised mounting hardware, radiator ducting, and a front lip spoiler. Additional exterior equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), a power sunroof, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and LED taillights. Paint meter readings are provided in the gallery below.
Black 19” RS Spyder center-lock wheels were standard on the GTS and are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 325/30 out back. Motion Control single-adjustable coilovers, Tarrett GT3 sway bars, and a KW Nose Lift kit with a trunk-mounted pump have been fitted. PASM has been deactivated. Braking is handled by red Porsche-branded four-piston calipers clamping 13″ cross-drilled and vented rotors.
The heated, ventilated, and 12-way power-adjustable front bucket seats are upholstered in black leather with Porsche crests embossed in the headrests. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, red seat belts, carbon-fiber door sill plates, and a Bose surround-sound system. The installed Pioneer touchscreen stereo is equipped with Bluetooth and connected to a rearview camera.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel features shift paddles and frames a central tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline as well as a 200-mph speedometer and gauges for oil temperature, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 47k, approximately 7,700 of which have been added under current ownership.
The naturally aspirated 3.8L flat-six features direct fuel injection and VarioCam Plus. Modifications include a COBB Tuning Accessport ECU and PDK tuner along with a side-muffler delete with bypass valves, an Akrapovic GT3 center muffler with ceramic-coated tips, and a GT3 center radiator with shrouding and ducts. An oil change was performed in April 2023, and a DME report is presented in the gallery.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Texas, Tennessee, California, and Michigan.
