This 2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS is #486 of 500 examples produced and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six mated to a six-speed manual transaxle. Finished in Carrara White over black leather and red Alcantara upholstery, it features 19″ center-lock wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, a carbon-fiber hood, a single-mass flywheel, a titanium exhaust, and Adaptive Sport Seats. The car has been registered in Florida through the selling dealer’s acquisition in June 2022, and it now has 5k miles. This 997 GT2 RS is offered with manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a spare shifter, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The 997.2 GT2 RS was based on the contemporary 911 GT3 chassis and benefited from weight-saving components including a carbon-fiber hood, side intakes, and trim as well as aluminum door skins and a front hood decal in place of the standard badge. This example is finished in Carrara White.
Center-lock 19″ wheels are mounted with 245/35 front and 325/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) were standard equipment on the GT2 RS.
The Adaptive Sport Seats are upholstered in black leather with red Alcantara inserts, white stitching, and embossed headrests. The GT2 RS omitted the rear seats in favor of lightweight carpets, and carbon-fiber trim accents the cabin. Other appointments include red seatbelts, automatic climate control, and a 6.5″ touchscreen.
A serialized plaque mounted on the glovebox door indicates this car is #486 of 500 built.
The thick-rimmed steering wheel frames a central GT2 RS-branded tachometer flanked by a 225-mph speedometer and gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates approximately 5k miles, a handful of which have been added by the selling dealer. A spare Alcantara-trimmed shifter accompanies the car.
Equipped with twin variable-geometry turbochargers and a titanium exhaust, the 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six was rated at 620 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was completed in May 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a mechanically locking limited-slip differential and an oil cooling system. Additional photos and videos of the underside are available below.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Florida from new.
